If you aren’t completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your custom drapes, Roman shades, valances, or pillows within
15 days of receipt for a full refund.* Custom drapery hardware may be returned for a 50% refund.
- Returns must arrive in new condition, in the original packaging.

* This return policy does not apply to returns/refunds based on fabric selection if the customer has not seen a fabric sample
or declines to receive a fabric sample after the order is placed. We will not provide refunds for COM and custom fabric purchased outside our collection.
Measurement Guarantee
If there’s a measuring issue, we’ll help make it right. Within 15 days of delivery, we can often alter your drapery
at no charge depending on the design and the adjustment needed.
