Every order is made to measure in our Morristown, New Jersey workroom and ships with tracking once it leaves our facility. We prioritize safe packaging, predictable timelines, and clear communication—so your project stays on schedule.
All of our custom drapes ship out of our facility within 7 business days. All orders ship FedEx Ground. Once the order leaves our facility we will email you with tracking information.
Some fabrics can become back-ordered by the manufacturer. In the event of a back-order we will notify you with expected timing and options as quickly as possible.
We ship our custom drapes to Alaska and Hawaii for a small additional fee based on your location.
Most of our drapery can be shipped internationally for an additional charge. Call 1-800-256-5005 or email customercare@regaldrapes.com to discuss your international order.
Fabric samples ship the next business day and arrive within 1–3 days. If you need samples faster please contact customer service at 1-800-256-5005.
Most drapery hardware ships via UPS/FedEx Ground. Oversized drapery hardware may ship via common carrier.
